Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if your item is defective or simply doesn't meet your expectations, you are eligible for a free return within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

✅ Conditions for Return

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.)

⚠️ Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

🧾 Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm:

  • That we’ve received the item

  • Whether your refund is approved

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

🕐 Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider — posting may take time

  • Contact your bank — processing delays are possible

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gifts or freebies

🔁 Exchanges (if applicable)

If your item is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a free exchange within 30 days.

  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective or unsatisfactory products

  • Once received and inspected, a replacement will be sent at no cost, and your original return shipping costs will be refunded if applicable

📦 Shipping Returns

In general, we cover return shipping if:

  • The item is defective, or

  • You are unsatisfied and it is within 30 days of delivery

We’ll provide a prepaid return label upon request.

If the return is outside our 30-day window, or the item doesn’t meet our return conditions, return shipping costs may apply.

For high-value items (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

This is Alexis & Dorian – and this is the story of Powertech.

We’re two kids from the '90s, born and raised in Brussels, who grew up side by side chasing dreams, building crazy ideas, and sharing the same relentless curiosity for the world around us.

From fixing computers in our teens, to producing music in a makeshift home studio in Alexis’s bedroom — we’ve always had that spark. The desire to create. To explore. To make something out of nothing.

After university, life took us down separate paths in sales — Dorian in the food industry, Alexis in real estate — and eventually across the globe. But something kept calling us back: that itch to build something meaningful together.

It was during our travels and day-to-day work life that we both noticed the same recurring frustration. No matter where we were — Bali, Lisbon, Bangkok, Paris — people were glued to their smartphones… and constantly running out of battery. That flashing red icon wasn’t just an inconvenience. It was a modern-day anxiety: low battery stress.

And so, the idea hit us like a lightning bolt.

Why not create the perfect power bank — one that was sleek, powerful, wireless, and so portable you’d never leave home without it?

That’s how Powertech was born.

Founded in London, designed for the world.

We spent months obsessing over every detail — from the slimmest, most stylish design, to the highest quality components available. We wanted something we’d be proud to use ourselves. A product that just felt right. And then we built an entire ecosystem around it: a brand that stands for innovation, quality, and trust.

Our goal is simple:
